Thessaloniki prosecutor Syrmo Kakali launched a preliminary investigation on Wednesday into events at the city’s Aristotle University on Saturday night, when a party on the premises resulted in extensive damage to the institution’s property.

A lab and an amphitheater were vandalized during the party.
It is not yet known who organized the gathering or who was responsible for the damage.
